Lifestyle Solutions Coaching is an opportunity for you to meet with a licensed occupational therapist to explore your habits, routines, and behaviors that guide your daily activities (everything you do!) and develop a plan to improve your health, well-being and overall quality of life.
Pilates
Pilates is a mind-body practice that focuses on strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing. Classes can be mat-based or utilize equipment such as reformers, wunda chairs, suspension trainers, balls and more.
Yoga Nidra is a form of sleep based guided mediation that invites the practitioner to experience profound mental, physical, and emotional relaxation, while remaining awake and aware. The practice uses a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques to disengage the mind and allow our bodies to deeply relax. It can be helpful in reducing stress and alleviating symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia among other conditions.
With the help of our Dietitian, you can transition towards a plant based diet to increase energy, improve sleep quality, strengthen your immune system, boost mood, increase concentration, and reduce symptoms of disease.

Rohinie Frohlich - Dietitian
Rohinie graduated from Union College School of Dietetics in 1978. But long before before that she chose to adhere to a vegan diet. Being of East Indian descent, she was raised in a Hindu household which avoided red meat. After immigrating from South America to the United States at the age of 17, Rohinie gravitated towards a plant based diet while living with a vegetarian Seventh Day Adventist family. She also lived in Loma Linda, CA which is the only Blue Zone in North America.
Rohinie hopes everyone can gravitate towards plant based eating while understanding strict veganism isn’t for everyone. She provides remote counseling and guidance on losing weight, correcting ratios, meal planning, shopping recommendation, organizing fridge and cupboards, and much more. Debbie Klee - Pilates
Before moving up to Tahoe in 2014, Debbie had been in the fitness field for 15 years, including teaching Pilates at YMCA for 3 years. Debbie has been teaching Pilates Mat classes at Mind Body for 3.5 years.
She also enjoys the outdoors, being with her dogs, painting and is an active adult figure skater.
Skye Gragg- Pilates
Skye has been passionately involved in fitness for over 15 years. From the age of 7 she actively competed in equestrian competitions. As she grew older, her passion led her to yoga, cross training, backpacking, and snowboarding. She obtained a bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from UC Davis where she took a handful of different fitness and nutrition classes to further her understanding of healthy living.
