Julie Ryan, PTA
Julie Ryan received her Associates Arts and Science from Maria College through the Reserve Allied Navy program in 1991. She then completed Navy Basic Training and Hospital Corman training, specializing as a Navy Nurse, specializing in triage and emergency medicine.
The Navy then sent her to PTA School so she could serve in a double billet capacity in the Naval Reserves Readiness Program. She has taken many college courses of interest as a lifelong learner, mostly focused on science.
She has worked in nearly every major setting, but has been in outpatient settings for the last 8 years. Working for so many excellent physical therapists over the years, Julie has learned many protocols and approaches to patient care and acquired quite a few skills.
While learning various protocols and observing patient outcomes, the one that made the most impact on her was Christina back in 2016. I just loved the one-on-one approach and core stability seems to yield the best patient outcomes she's seen.
Julie is thrilled to be working with Christina and her team again and to be back in Tahoe! "
