Christina Frohlich
I love Pilates! I was certified as a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in Costa Mesa, CA in 2011. I also earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2011. Since having my first baby Mira McKenzie in 2018 i found myself using Pilates to strengthen my core and pelvic floor.

I enjoy creating dynamic classes focusing on breathing, control, alignment, and flowing movements! After graduating with my BS in Kinesiology, I completed extensive training in reformer & mat Pilates with Balanced Body. Along with practicing Pilates I enjoy swimming in Lake Tahoe, paddle boarding, and exploring the beauty of the mountains with my dog, Winnie.

I am very passionate about good health and fitness. My personal Pilates journey began a few years ago to complement long distance trail running and other Sierra sports! In 2023, I began the journey to complete the comprehensive teacher training through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in El Dorado Hills, CA. To complement Pilates, I have fitness certifications that include a 200hr Hatha Yoga certification, Barre Above certification, ACE Fitness personal trainer and group instructor certification. I also have a Bachelors in kinesiology. Pilates has become foundational to my lifestyle of wellness. The Pilates method core concepts are transformative for both the body and the mind. I look forward to facilitating others in their Pilates journey!
Jezica Monette - Pilates
My journey in Pilates began when I discovered its transformative effects on my own mind and body. Through regular practice, I not only gained strength, flexibility, and improved posture, but found a sense of balance and inner peace. This inspired me to pursue a career in Pilates instruction so I could share these benefits with others.
